**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

**Location**: Home-Based with frequent travel to our schools

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Contract Type**: Permanent Contract

**Working Pattern**: Full-Time, 37 hours

**About You**:
On a day-to-day basis you will be making a difference by:

- Delivering effective recruitment and onboarding: ensuring the recruitment of teachers and senior leaders is conducted effectively and in accordance with Trust policies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand that communicates the Trust’s values, culture, and career opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Be educated to Degree level of equivalent.
- Be experienced in customer service-related industries, sales and marketing to demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Have knowledge of the education sector and its challenges.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
