Alton Towers Resort is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our dynamic People team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in recruiting the incredible team members who make Alton Towers one of the UK’s most-loved attractions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Sourcing and Recruiting: Assist in finding the best talent for our seasonal roles across the resort.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews and hiring events.
- Onboarding: Help new colleagues settle in, ensuring they’re ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Employer Branding: Promote Alton Towers Resort as a fantastic place to work through social media, events, and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS systems is a plus, but we’ll provide training if you’re eager to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude that reflects the fun and energetic spirit of Alton Towers.
