The role is available immediately on a temporary basis.
As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for working alongside the Senior Hr Advisors to support the managers to enact change management interventions
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Provide efficient and effective employee relations casework management**

**-
- processes, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, performance and attendance management.**:

- **Supporting managers as an investigatory team or on a panel, taking part in meetings and formal hearing and producing notes, formal minutes and reports.**
- **Ensuring this is compliant with law, policy and good practice.**
- **Provide specialist advice, support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the Trust on a range of comprehensive workforce matters including employee relations, engagement, equality and diversity, resourcingand retention, reward and pay, and terms and conditions.**
- **Advise managers, employees and trade union representatives as required.**
- **Facilitate low levels of sickness absence through the analysis of absence data, identifying trends and issues, working closely with managers and the Occupational Health team, and guiding managers through formal sickness absence,redeployment and capability procedures.**
- **Support the Business Partner / Senior HR Advisors in ensuring that the HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legal requirements and good
- practice.**
- **To draft policies as directed and propose changes and comments to policies that impact beyond their own area.**
- **Design and deliver training packages for a range of HR matters, includingstructured ‘classroom learning’ and informal mentoring / coaching with Managers.**
- **Develop line management capability to embed good HR practice.**
