**The Role**:
**Do you have experience in producing fantastic and creative videos? Are you looking for that next step in your career?** We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who would like to take the next step in their career and develop their videography and photography skills within the marketing department.

Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager to produce impactful and engaging content optimised for the relevant platforms. You will have the freedom to create a Pulman style and brand ident across the video range. Re-inventing the Pulman YouTube channel and creating video content to use across all our online platforms.

The role requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as working with a team of people to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

We are looking for individual with a positive work ethic and attitude, someone who will go the extra mile and push the boundaries of the role. Be flexible, eager to learn, progress and try new things.

**The job role will include**:

- Create, produce and edit Marketing video content.
- New video content creative ideas.
- Execute a high standard of photography and videography.
- Meet with key stakeholders to determine project scope.
- Work as the sole videographer, shooting and directing all video content and animations for a range of formats and specifications, to use across all our online platforms.
- Editing video content to high standards, using Adobe Premier Pro, Audition, After Effects, Media Encoder or equivalent.
- Managing shoots for video content, including locations and logistics.
- Organising and maintaining equipment.
- Develop a brand ident across all our video content.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in videography or qualified in media studies or equivalent.
- Confident communicator.
- Ability to create video storyboards, produce and edit videos to a high standard.
- Adobe Premier Pro, Audition, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop or equivalent.
- Animation experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to self-learn new skills around animation, videography and photography.
- Full UK clean driving licence.

**Working Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Working Hours

To be flexible as occasional out of hours work may be required at times, lieu time will be accrued

Based at: Across all Pulman locations - Cramlington, Durham, Sunderland
