As our Videographer, you’ll take full ownership of video production across Learning Curve Group, using your creativity and technical skill to enhance learner engagement and elevate our brand reputation.

**DUTIES**:

- Own end-to-end video production to support learner recruitment and reinforce brand positioning.
- Ensure all marketing video assets are accurately filed, well-organised, and consistently updated.
- Partner with peers to deliver video content that supports planned activity across departments.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all video collateral.
- Provide video support for marketing initiatives, and assist with internal and external events as needed.
- Support scripting, storyboarding, and planning for video shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Confidently direct learners, tutors, and stakeholders on camera to capture authentic and high-quality content.
- Edit and format video content for multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram), with a focus on engagement and accessibility.
- Ensure all videos meet accessibility standards, including captions and audio descriptions where appropriate.
- Travel to various locations beyond Head Office for shoots.
- Maintain a polished, professional image when working with external stakeholders and during filming.
- Take ownership of tracking and reporting return on investment for video initiatives.
- Monitor emerging video trends and proactively present ideas for fresh, relevant content.
- Engage positively with external partners and clients to facilitate effective video production.

**Essentia Criteria**
- Minimum of 2 years working in a videography or multimedia production role.
- Educated to degree level in videography, media production, film studies or related field.
- Strong proficiency in filming, editing and post production processes using industry related software ie, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.

Desirables:

- Experience working within education & training
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of social video analytics and performance tracking tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for video content

Management/mentoring experience preferred (Ideal for someone who has previously mentored and looking for an opportunity to move into managing a small team)
