We have a unique opportunity to work as a Post Room Assistant based at one of our clients based in Culham. We are looking for an operative to work in a busy post room environment. You will be accountable for all shipments made via courier companies or Royal Mail. You will ensure accuracy in dispatches and internally making sure that there is a clear audit trail for all deliveries. There will be a necessity to able to achieve deadlines when shipping the goods and have a clear understanding of the requirements.

**A typical day in the life as a Post Room Assistant**
- Deliver parcels and post across the site internally once received
- Process and record all dispatches daily, including packing and arranging the courier service as required
- Familiarise yourself with all processes involved to make a successful delivery and provide tracking information as required.
