Emea Talent Acquisition PMO Manager

The Talent Acquisition PMO Manager is responsible for driving and co-ordinating recruitment strategy and programs in the EMEA region in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders, both in the cluster and the wider region. This PMO Manager role will manageprograms relating to key areas of operations delivery and continuous improvement - project management, operational excellence, process excellence, risk & control, and global project execution. **Responsibilities**: Drive and own regional and global talent acquisition projects for the EMEA region, including the below key areas of operations: **Operational Excellence & Process Excellence**: - Work with compliance, data security and policy review teams on policy implementation and adherence to current policy guidelines - Lead our team of PMO coordinators/analysts & drive operational excellence - Act as the main escalation point for operational issues and ensure pain points are addressed in a timely manner - Support the global TA strategy and EMEA priorities. - Ensure harmonisation and consistency when change is required and share best practice across the global and regional TA team - Work with our global teams on regional system implementations, requirements and enhancements - Support Diversity and learning activities **Project Management & Execution**: - Act as an EMEA lead for various regional and global talent acquisition (TA) initiatives and projects, including key systems implementations and change requests - Proactively partner with the site talent acquisition managers on operational recruitment topics and issues leveraging relationships with CHRO's/ Regional HR partners/ Cluster HR / HRPS and business stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions. - Responsible for managing operational vendor relationships that affect our TA strategy in the EMEA markets including third party processes & procedures, and developing a strong partnership with procurement & legal - Support the management of vendor costs in collaboration with finance **Compliance Oversight**: - Support delivery of the risk and controls agenda, overseeing execution of related tasks by co-ordinator and analyst team. - Understand and execute any local policy compliance and testing required in partnership with local TA teams. - Support any audit requirements within regional TA. - Monitor agency performance by regularly connecting with agencies on operational topics and regular monitoring of SLAs and KPIs - Work with compliance, data security and policy review teams on policy implementation and adherence to current policy guidelines **Knowledge / Experience**: - Relationship management experience and ability to interact efficiently with various stakeholders across different geographies at all organisational levels - Strong project management and delivery skills or program implementation experience - Solutions driven and able to balance timely delivery with cost effectiveness and quality assurance - Strong influencing skills; easily consults and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders regionally and globally - Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities through evidence backed decisions - Experience of delivering change management programs - Risk awareness - Knowledge of finance / banking / HR or recruitment and prior experience working in complex global business models - Knowledge of Shared Services environment - Proven experience of leading a team across multiple locations - Knowledge and operational experience of both campus and experienced hiring - Resilient and ability to manage conflicting demands **Qualifications**: - Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources ------------------------------------------------ - **Job Family**: Recruiting ----------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: ------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
