TP ICAP operates at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets. We are professional intermediaries playing a pivotal role in the world’s financial markets, covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Energy & Commodities.
Globally, we are a leading provider of services to market participants, with execution via a range of regulated venues, covering a full spectrum of over-the-counter (OTC) asset classes. Matching buyers and sellers, we facilitate the development of liquidity and price discovery in these markets and provide insight and context to our clients. We operate a hybrid model where brokers provide business-critical intelligence to clients. It’s supplemented by proprietary screens for historical data, analytics and execution functionality.
Our clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.

Job Duties:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners and EMEA Head of TA this role will provide support in all aspects of recruitment activity.
- Advertising and posting the latest vacancies on various job boards/advertising mediums.
- Distributing CV’s to the relevant hiring managers and tracking the response and turnaround time of offers/feedback/rejections.
- Tracking and supplying PO numbers to external providers in order to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, and supporting completion of the annual/ three yearly employment reviews for submission to the equality commission.
- Assist with drafting and processing of new hire contracts and variation letters as required and also consultancy agreements. Track paperwork, obtain signatures. Send out new hire paperwork and track responses.
- Supporting the programme management (e.g. internship, apprenticeship etc.) initiatives.
- Other adhoc tasks.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven administrative, planning and organisational skills.
- An interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Service delivery skills including the ability to communicate effectively with client group both in writing and verbally.
- Proficient in the use of computer packages ideally Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role.
- Capable of managing changing requirements and needs.
