Invest in us and we’ll invest in you; if you are driven, committed and up for a challenge, we want to meet you. **Job Description**: The Talent Acquisition Coordinators are responsible for providing management information on talent acquisition performance, supporting interview arrangements and creating analytical support for Talent sourcing. - Reporting on Talent Acquisition performance - Adverts - Conversion ratios - Other Auditing - Creating Talent Market Maps and identifying the best sourcing regions - GDPR Compliance - Visa point of contact - Recruitment Supplier liaising e.g. invoices, queries and more - Onboarding and contract adjustments - Project work e.g. continuous improvement The Talent Acquisition Coordinators will be required to do other business-related activities. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment, this could be in an agency, in-house or RPO. - Experience managing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ideally SmartRecruiters - Highly organised and able to schedule interviews - You will be a confident communicator and will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - The ability to prioritise and manage your own time effectively.
