**Job Title**: LCC Levitas Clinic Concierge (Front of House Ambassador)

**Location**: Guildford (Main Base), with potential work in Esher and London

**Hours of Work**: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Weekend work is mandatory on a maximum rota of one weekend per month (one early shift and one late shift). Weekend shifts will be compensated with time-in-lieu on weekdays, ensuring a balanced schedule.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a professional, organised, and people-oriented individual to join our team as the LCC Levitas Clinic Concierge, based primarily in Guildford. As a Front of House Ambassador, you will play a vital role in welcoming patients, visitors, and medical professionals, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at the clinic. You will manage reception duties, assist with appointments and online inquiries, support medical procedures, and maintain the clinic’s operational standards. The role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, multitasking environment and enjoys working in a people-oriented business. Career development opportunities are available, and flexibility is essential as weekend shifts are part of the role, with time-in-lieu provided on weekdays.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
