We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to help with planning, organising and supervising a team of clerical staff. Responsibilities typically include:
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organising company events or conferences
- Market research, communication, negotiation, and ordering company essentials as instructed.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Supervising and monitoring, training, and coaching the work of other administrative staff
- Managing office budgets, overseeing the needs and raising orders
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Delegating tasks to junior employees
- Organising induction programmes for new employees
- Following work policies at work
- Using a range of software packages related to the work including Ms office, GSuite
- Attending meetings with senior management and clients
- Assisting the organisations by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
- Ability to manage people and resources
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to utilise a range of computer software used within the office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance their workload Bonuses

- Tender and contract writing experience
- Outstanding IT skills
