We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments for team members, clients, and executives.
- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison for scheduling-related inquiries, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update information in databases and systems accurately.
- **Office Support**: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and handling incoming calls.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in appointment booking and calendar management.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
