Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as an administrative assistant or admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent polite and confident telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level with confidentiality
- Quickly learn and navigate through company database systems
- Find and obtain information and documents quickly

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
