About the roles

We are recruiting a permanent, full-time, home based Coordinator, who will be required to make visits to our office in Manchester.

This role will support the People & Culture function through effective control of all the transactional paperwork, requests and employee files on the Moorepay system. The Coordinator provides a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory service to all colleagues as a first point of contact for recruitment, training, payroll, and contractual issues. Supporting the Directorate with all administration requirements, the role also is the coordinator for all payroll requests, all colleague benefit requirements as well as the management of all employee data. Utilising the Moorepay system, this role will manage all the recruitment activities throughout the process including advertising, collation of applicants, shortlisting, ensuing managers have all recruitment packs, liaising with applicants and managing feedback. All colleague correspondence, minute taking, meeting management and data collation of payroll forms, training, compliance, project support and H&S is manged to an excellent standard. Supporting the Head of H&S and the Director of Governance with administrative duties. The role is a support to all project work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment - all advertising, collation of applicants, shortlisting management and letter writing/diary and paperwork management
- Policy management on intranet with agreed version control
- Manage the scheduling for all activities around OD and apprenticeships
- Collate and manage all OD data from evaluation
- Committee minutes and actions as well as managing working groups ensuring support is managed from the rest of the P&C team
- All payroll forms/requests/fit notes/maternity/paternity etc paperwork managed effectively and correct information provided to Payroll & Shared Services BP
- Collate data on sickness, turnover etc for the Payroll & Shared Services BP to manage
- New starter, induction management, probation and reporting
- Supporting all compliance training and working closely with Head of H&S and Director of Legal & Governance to support activities
- Occupational health referrals
- Report on SC activities including Check In compliance, training compliance and work closely with Comms team for promotion of vacancies and initiatives.
- Work with the Head of H&S on the role skills matrix, ensuring all required training for a role is delivered
- Support the OD BP with all training materials and collation of data.
- Manage the benefits and report on use and support with first level queries including cycle to work, childcare vouchers etc.
- DBS and right to work checks which are currently done by RMS
- Coordinate with Tenant Involvement with LD panels as opportunities to include tenants in training and development opportunities.
- Assist with all internal and external People & Culture related inquiries or requests.
- Maintenance of colleague records and update of all colleague data on to Moorepay
- Assist managers with performance management procedures and report on compliance.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, People & Culture events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and support the OD BP in logistics of activities.
- Perform Day 1 inductions and update records of all colleagues.
- Produce and submit reports on general People & Culture activity.

**Salary**: £28,710.00 per year
