TP24 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global HR Business PartnerHead of People & Culture to drive our people and culture strategy on a global scaleacross our global business - Australia, Switzerland & UK. This pivotal role will be **based in Manchester, UK**, and requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance strategic input—such as defining and shaping people and culture policies—with the operational expertise to implement and own these processes.

**As the Global HR BusinessHead of People & Culture Partner at TP24 UK, you will**:
**Lead Global People & Culture Strategy**:

- Provide leadership, direction and recommendations to the executive team on all People & Culture topics such as organisational design, workforce planning, Pay & Benefits, Performance People & Talent Management, Training & Development across all TP24 markets & functions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align People & Culture insights with business objectives and support the development of strategic goals.

**Oversee Legal RelationshipsCulture & Employee Engagement**:

- Manage and coordinate relationships with external partners, ensuring high-quality P&C support while controlling costsChampion initiatives that promote an inclusive and positive company culture aligned to the business values and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with P&C authorities, ensuring compliance with international and local employment regulations.Design & implement employee engagement programs, ensuring high morale and talent retention
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal & external counsel, auditors, and internal people leaders, to facilitate efficient P&C processesAct as a cultural ambassador, fostering collaboration and alignment across global teams.

**People & Talent Management**:

- Lead global recruitment strategies to attract talent across our regions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop performance management frameworks that align with the organisational goals and drive high performance.
- Establish talent pipelines and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and employee career growth.

**Learning & Development**:

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill employees and leaders at all levels.
- Create opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth tailored to individual and team goals.

**Risk and Compliance OversightHR Operations & Compliance**:

- Together with the General Counsel, ensure compliance with all relevant legal frameworks and best practices across our three locations - Australia, Switzerland and UK.
- Manage global HR policies, ensuring consistency while respecting local legal requirements.
- Identify potential employment risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
