**Job Title**:People and Culture Partner
**Location**: North/Scotland
Employment type: Fixed term contract for 12-15 months dependant on start date.
**Reports To**: Head of People and Culture
**Salary**: Up to £55,000 DOE plus car allowance
**About the role**
The People and Culture Partner will be a key player in driving our people agenda across their region. You will collaborate and partner with your Operations and Divisional Directors to develop and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement and strengthen our company culture. Your role will be pivotal in increasing engagement and retention.
This role will be partnering with our North/Scotland divisions predominantly so ability to commute throughout and to our Burntwood, Staffordshire head office is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide proactive regional support, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement the People strategy, enhance engagement, and improve retention.
- Champion and integrate organisational values into all people practices and business operations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver the People strategy and drive engagement and retention throughout the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to improve business performance and employee engagement.
- Lead on value adding people projects in line with the People strategy, from initiation to measurement of impact.
- Deliver an effective, well-rounded service working in collaboration with the wider People team and in partnership with regional team members to deliver shared goals.
- Utilise data, metrics, and feedback to understand priorities, challenges and trends to implement effective solutions.
- Support key people activities, utilising key insights to drive continuous improvement and embed best practise.
- Exemplify and promote Busy Bees values and behaviours, translating and embedding them within the business.
- Support ODs/Senior Managers to deliver effective organisational design strategies and embed change successfully.
- Champion proactive people management in partnership with the People & Culture Team, supporting high profile/high risk cases and providing escalation support as needed.
- Lead on the overall ‘People’ Acquisition and TUPE processes, ensuring overall delivery and embedding the ‘Winning Hearts and Minds’ agenda.
- Champion internal development by supporting key stakeholders to identify Talent /opportunities for development and work in partnership with People Development team to implement.
**Key skills and experience**
- Proven experience in a similar Business Partnering role, within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Degree educated with relevant post graduate qualifications - or studying towards L5/L7.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
- Proven implementation and delivery of retention and engagement activities in a similar role.
