Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Billing Coordinator to their team, where you will be responsible for working closely with the Finance and Billing teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing for clients, whilst working closely with Partners to create individualized billing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively monitor unbilled index of each assigned billing partner to identify opportunities to issue bills
- Communicate with Partners to determine which matters require draft preparation
- Prepare draft bill narratives for Partner / Associate review
- Liaison between Partners, client and billing support staff to finalise, render and submit invoices to clients
- Ensure compliance to all regulations
- Produce client billing reports
- Research and investigate time entry narratives for appropriateness as necessary

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Billing role within an international Law Firm
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience of billing overseas
- Knowledge of e-billing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Strong time management skills
