We are seeking to recruit experienced part-time bar staff to join our front-of-house team in Parisien Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive company that believes the guest is at the centre of everything we do.

Set over two floors, the restaurant is available for exclusive private hire. The ground floor offers seating up to 50 guests with standing room, this is the perfect space to create an atmosphere for any event with a drinks reception, registration space, networking area or arrival bubbles with music and canapés. A fitting start to your Parisien adventure.
Upstairs, seats 90 guests and offers authentic French dishes with a modern twist, and is also home to Table One, probably the best table in Belfast. Housed within the corner turret, the circular banquette seating offers spectacular views of City Hall. Elevate your experience with our adjacent terrace, seating up to 45 guests and with heated lamps, overhead covers, and cosy blankets, it is a suitable space all year round for a drinks reception and socialising over buzzing Belfast. A dramatic backdrop for memorable events, perfect for corporate or social gatherings. It’s the unique French flair that makes this the perfect event location for a city-chic wedding or unique private event.
**Main duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Welcoming all guests to Parisien in a friendly, polite manner.
- With training, have full and complete knowledge of all beverage and wine menus enabling you to assist with any guest queries.
- Mixing and serving up all hot and cold beverages in the restaurant dispense bar during service ensuring all beverages are delivered on time.
- Using the bar till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.
- Ensuring all areas of the bar is clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Carrying out daily duties as allocated by the Bar Manager including changing kegs and maintaining drink stores.
- Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
- Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
- Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development including cocktail, wine, and coffee training.
**The Person**:
**Applicant must**:
- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about bartending.
- **Have at least 1-year of previous experience working behind a bar.**:
- Be an excellent team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to multitask.
- Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.
**Desirable**:
- Previous cocktail-making experience (desirable).
- Barista experience (desirable).
