**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during food production and preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Organise special events and promotions to enhance the bar's visibility and attract new customers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in bartending with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and motivating staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food production processes, particularly in relation to bar snacks or light meals.
- Experience supervising staff within a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of bar management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
