Are you a people person with a passion for great service and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bar & Off Licence Supervisor to support our daily operations

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver first-class customer service in both the bar and off licence.
- Support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the business.
- Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, team-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail - preferably in a bar or off licence setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take guidance from the Manager.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
