Job Title: Bar Supervisor/manager

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Bar Supervisor in Franklins Sports bar

We are looking for a passionate individual with extensive knowledge in all kinds of sports, Team management, leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of our bar.

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily bar operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Manage and update drink menus to offer variety and seasonal selections
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment following food safety and hygiene regulations
- Address customer issues or complaints promptly to maintain excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and monitor stock rotation
- Train, motivate and lead bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bar management or a related role within the hospitality industry
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proactive attitude with the willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
