Senior Conference Producer

We are looking for a proven Senior Event Producer to take the lead in growing a key events portfolio for one of our established community brands. You'll own the strategic planning, creation, production, project management, and delivery of community-led commercially driven events series and programs (virtual and in-person). Our flexible hours' policy allows you to structure your work for when your most productive - A unique opportunity to join a fast-growth scale-up, unparalleled learning opportunities, with excellent opportunities for progression **What you’ll be doing**: - Be the lead for taking new compelling and commercially driven event products from 0 to 1 and driving the end-to-end product - Be responsible for the growth of several existing flagship programs within the community portfolio (summits, virtual events, webinar series, workshops, and live broadcasts) - Conduct research with industry leaders and emerging players on the hottest trends and challenges within their given market - Source and secure leading industry practitioners to deliver best in class content, and manage their ongoing relationship with the community - Creating new, interactive features and formats that add considerable value to high-level agendas, with a focus on delivering amazing attendee, speaker, and partner experiences every time - Providing creative input & tactical support in the delivery of new and existing products in the events series - Partnering with sales to build relationships with key customers and help close new and existing business - Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver growing sponsorship & ticket revenues - Contributing to content-led promotion, including video and social media - Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry - Build a personal brand and become established as a thought-leader within the industry - Creating and maintaining event websites - Sourcing, securing, and negotiating with event venues and other suppliers - Running the event or program on-site, or virtually - Competitive Intelligence and research to identify new opportunities for growth **Requirements**: - 18 months + commercial B2B event production experience - A track record of delivering successful launch and repeat event programs from conception - to delivery - Commercially driven and curious, with an eye for new opportunities - Proven ability to grasp complex topics and spot business trends across multiple markets - Strong communicator with a track record of building and maintaining long-lasting, strategic relationships with senior-level leaders - Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, incorporate business changes, or bounce back from subpar results - You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say "yes" to taking on new things - Creative problem-solver - we know things don’t always run without a hitch, and processes can be improved.
