We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.
- Defining the long-term fashion mid-tier vertical strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting future direction of the category
- Responsible for the P&L of the mid-tier vertical
- Providing industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category
- Hiring and coaching the best talent
- Acquiring merchants by actively identifying, prioritising and onboarding to the platform
- Developing merchants by driving and managing end to end partnerships
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to unlock merchants' potential on platform, drive GMV growth and adoption of livestream and short videos
- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches and creating scalable solutions
- 8+ years experience in Fashion category mass merchant acqusition and management
- Strong track record in leading a category and delivering against stretching performance goal
- Experience of owning P&L on an ecommerce platform/marketplace
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Sales orientated mindset, self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic merchant relationships
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation
- Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing and influencers
