Tiktok Ecommerce-logistics Operation Associate

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
- Responsible for operation performance for the eCommerce logistics in UK/EU countries, mainly in final mile delivery; In some cases, support on fulfillment, customs brokerage, and return logistics are required;
- Managing day-to-day working relationships and communication with Key Sellers and Logistics Providers;
- Based on the given SOP, perform a daily activity to ensure operational performance indicator (KPI) can be met; When the long-term solution is required, present the case to the operation manager/solution team for resolution; Meanwhile, provide short-term solution/support to the biz before the long solution is in place;
- Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues, and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed;
- Manage day-to-day operations, track record of high performance, and team improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with an engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operation management background;
- At least 2+ years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, preferrable in the UK, France, Spain, Poland, German,y or any EU countries;
- Sound working experience and relationship in 3PL management, preparable with the courier(s) in UK/EU countries;
- Good understanding of any segment of eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not included) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance;
- Fair understanding of eCommerce marketplace operation and governance policy;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment;
- Fluent French or Spanish or German is a big plus;
- Able to do short-term business travel within UK/EU;
- Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven.
