We’re currently looking for **Claims Handlers** to come and join our bustling **Home and Motor** Department within AXA Partners. Our Hybrid way of working is split between 2 days at home and 3 days in our **Redhill office in Surrey** to give you that extra work life balance.
As a **Claims Handler**, you'll be providing full claims handling support in relation to Home Emergency assistance to customers and clients in the UK. You will ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call and provide the highest level of customer service at all times. You’ll be liaising with property networks and internal and external departments, making sure all parties are kept fully informed of the situation until the work is completed. You’ll ensure that the customer is looked after and their expectations are managed throughout the process.
**Working Hours & Shift Patterns** - We’re pleased to be able to offer full and part-time hours for this role. Please feel free to discuss the hours that would work for you.
**Full time** - Our Claims Handlers work on a rotating shift pattern, 35 hours per week between 7am - 8pm over 5 days which will include Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
**Part time** - We are offering evening and weekend shifts with some early starts available. Please note, you will have to complete the training period as full-time hours, **we're unable to offer training on a part-time basis**.
**Salary **- The full time salary for this role is £21,500 + 5% shift allowance meaning a total salary of up to £22,575 plus benefits
**Training/Induction** - We’re offering 4 weeks fully comprehensive training for this role. It’s important to us that we give you all the material and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
**Your Profile**
You don’t need to have any previous Claims handling experience to do this role as full training is provided. The most important attribute we look for is the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, empathy, patience and understanding the value of our customers and the impact it has on our brand.
You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers.
Due to the nature of these roles, we are looking for a natural empathetic manner with an understanding of how to support people through their time of need.
