Customer Support Advisor

**Description**:
We’re currently recruiting for** Customer Support Advisors** to join our Home & Motor department.

This role is based in our **Redhill office.** However, AXA are proud to support the needs of our employees and as such understands everyone has individual work and home life responsibilities. We’re happy to offer Hybrid working, a split between 2 days at home and 3 days in the office to give you that extra work life balance.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be there to provide a service to customers and clients of AXA Assistance in the UK in relation to Motor Breakdown. You’ll be using your initiative as well as all information resources available to provide the best outcome for the customer whilst ensuring the customer expectations are managed on every case. You’ll be liaising with our approved suppliers and contractors to find solutions that meet the customer needs, making sure all parties are kept fully up to date.

**Working hours**

Full time, 35 hours per week over 5 days, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 9pm. We have a rotating shift pattern which includes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

**Salary -** Full time salary for this role is £22,527.70

**Induction Dates -** Monday 11th July and Monday 1st August.

**Training -** You’ll receive 4 weeks of fully comprehensive training from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role. Throughout your career with us, we’ll provide you with all the support and training necessary to enhance your professional development.

**Qualifications**:
There is no previous experience necessary for this role. However, you will be dealing with some difficult situations from distressed customers. We’re looking for people who can handle these customers professionally and empathetically. Previous experience of a Contact/Claims Centre environment/telephone based work with advantageous.

You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers
