**Salary: £23k + Exc Bens**
**Mon-Fri between 0800am - 5.30pm (day shifts)**
**Location: Redhill**

Great opportunity for an experienced confident Customer Advisor to manage Customer Account queries, with experience requesting settlement of any outstanding monies on the account as well as the ability to respond to any queries or additional requirementsthe Customer may have.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Full training given and the ability to use 2 x screens and a laptop simultaneously
- Experience handling and resolving disputes in line with Company Policy
- Ensure all communication verbal/written are compliant within company guidelines
- Assist in preparation of MI reports
- Experience dealing with vulnerable customers would be an advantage

Experience collecting outstanding monies on account would be an advantage but not essential

**Qualifications**:

- 5 x GCSEs 'A-C’ levels (inc Maths & English)
- Computer literate, Word, Excel (Int)
