Since the company was established, we have seen significant growth and an opportunity has now arisen for the right person to join our expanding team.

The Administration assistant will support the Depot Manager in all aspects of depot management responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is pro-active in helping to manage the workload and who is able to prioritise and organise, depending on the importance/urgency of the task, whilst working within a fast paced, reactive environment.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Creating agendas and taking meeting notes.
- Maintaining and managing stock/stores equipment - including ordering/purchasing and finding competitive prices.
- Answering the phone and dealing with any queries, including transferring calls and taking messages while providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting regular finance processes such as invoicing and purchasing.
- Getting involved in social value/team projects.
- Analysing data and collating information for reports.
- Fleet administration assistance - booking and organising MOTs/services repairs etc.
- Supplier accounts and information administration.
- Ad hoc reconciliation tasks.
- Any additional tasks identified by the Depot Manager matching with experience.

**What we are looking for**:

- A willingness to take ownership of the role, working independently using your own initiative.
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
- Works well within a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Able to manage your time effectively whilst being flexible to support additional business needs.
- Good level of understanding of Microsoft Office works packages - Essential.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English - Desirable.
- Driving license - Desirable.
- Experience of working within an office environment would be an advantage but not essential.
- Effective time management - Essential.
