About the role
As site Administrator you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support. Your duties will include:

- Production of documents and reports, including letters memos and communications
- Telephone enquiries and diary management
- Processing expenses and orders, raising cheques, and dealing with suppliers on a regular basis
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing petty cash reconciliation and client funds as appropriate
- Assisting site recruitment administration with the Service Manager and the support of the Central Resourcing Team
- Preparing for meetings and supporting with minute taking

About you
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in teams and individually using your own initiative
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to perform clerical duties such as data entry
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Previous experience in an administrative role and knowledge of payroll systems would be beneficial
