Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for events and production? We’re looking for a **Production Administrator** to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional events for both public and private sector clients across the country.

**The Role**
As a Production Administrator, you’ll be a crucial part of our production team, providing administrative support across internal and external projects. Your role will involve system administration, resource coordination, supplier management, stock control, and logistics planning. You’ll also support our production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer production systems and databases.
- Support resource coordination, including freelance bookings and logistics.
- Oversee stock management, asset tracking, and equipment logistics.
- Handle accommodation, transport, and travel arrangements.
- Manage job cost schedules, GDPR, and health & safety documentation (COSHH, RAMS).
- Assist with internal management systems (Current, Teamtrack, Paprika).
- Organise call sheets, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and freelancers.
- Research new technologies and industry trends to support innovation.
- Provide administrative support for exhibitions, storage clients, and warehouse operations.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in event production, logistics, or a similar environment (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of GDPR, health & safety, and compliance processes (desirable).
