We are looking for a highly motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join a group of retail and hospitality companies based in London and Gloucestershire that focus on organic produce, wellness, and sustainability. The role is based at our offices in SouthKensington, London, with travel to our stores in central London.

The role will suit someone from an IT support background who is looking to take on some infrastructure and systems support. Someone who is outgoing, motivated, organised, and enthusiastic about technology. Someone with strong technical knowledge and experience.

The role will involve a mix of BAU support for our stores and offices in London and Gloucestershire, maintenance of our existing infrastructure and project support for the deployment of new systems and hardware. There will be some travel to our central Londonstores.

You will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business
- Troubleshoot and replace EPOS hardware, payments terminals, scales, printers etc.
- Ensuring quality and completeness of end-user hardware and software asset inventory management.
- Image PC's and set up for users
- Set up misc. hardware and software for users.
- Ensuring servers are fully patched and on the latest operating systems
- Ensuring end-user devices are fully patched
- Active Directory administration
- End-user device management via In-tune
- Mac device management

Experience Required:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a support role
- Networking - LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Sharepoint
- Microsoft Azure, Intune and Defender for Endpoint
- Good experience with macOS and Mac device management

Experience Desired:

- Virtualisation
- Mimecast
- Oracle Symphony/OPERA
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco Umbrella
- Scripting knowledge - Powershell

This position will suit an enthusiastic IT support professional from a retail and/or hospitality background looking for a new challenge.

**Salary £35,000 - £40,000 including benefits
