We are looking for a** Finance Admin Clerk **to join us on a permanent basis based in our office in Cheadle.
Complete administration tasks that support the verification of financial data, updating and maintaining accurate records, monetary transactions and resolving accounting issues.
Committed to delivering high-quality customer service, meeting SLAs, and working within defined policies and procedures.

Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently complete Ad hoc and scheduled admin tasks in order to meet SLA’s
- Accurately record/log data onto in house systems in accordance with documented procedures
- Ensure all internal controls are followed at all times within Finance Operations and across the business, reporting any concerns to management
- Ensure all GDPR, regulatory and fraud controls are adhered to at all times
- Process high value/high volume work including Direct Debit amendments, customer correspondence, preparation of DDR payments, accurate allocation of customer receipts, processing valid transfer requests, provide accurate reporting information
- Ensure all procedure documents are up to date/relevant and have been signed off as appropriate in line with expectations and KPI’s
Qualifications
**Essential**:
- Ability to efficiently manage own workload
- GCSEs at C level or above in Maths and English
- Good numeracy, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve (input to improving processes where possible)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to receive and deliver feedback in an open/constructive manner
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Excel and Word
- A good telephone manner
