**The Role Overview**

We are looking for a Finance Administrator/Junior AR Associate to join our Global Accounts Receivable Shared Services Department. You will be responsible for helping and supporting the AR Function with administration tasks as well as supporting the AR Manager with reporting and analysing data for the team. You will also help and support invoicing within Global entities within the business and assisting the team in ensuring invoices are processed according to deadlines. Working in an exciting and fast paced environment to support Cashflow and Growth in a Global Business. This role is also a great opportunity to learn more within Accounts Receivable and has progression to a full Accounts Receivable Associate Role.

Full Training and Support is provided and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Invoicing Administrator individual to both thrive and progress in a busy Global Company.

**What you will be doing**
- Raising Sales Invoices on the system with accuracy
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Liaising with internal departments to action customer invoicing queries
- Investigating product shipping statuses to ensure invoices are raised within deadlines.
- Uploading invoices onto AR portals as required per specific countries.
- Generating accurate Invoices using NetSuite. Exposure to NetSuite is advantageous but not essential.
- Report on aged debtors
- Support AR Manager with balance sheet recs and general admin tasks
- Ensure timely collection of cash for unpaid invoices
- Self-management of aged debt within the entities
- Cash posting an allocation
- Assist with ad hoc duties within the team and ensuring month end procedures are adhered to.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Previous experience in Invoice/Billing Experience
- Attention to detail.
- Keen to learn
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Good Excel and Microsoft Skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Professional and confident manner always showing tact and diplomacy.
- Previous NetSuite experience, though not essential this would definitely be a plus.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
