Caroo has partnered with a growing company who are looking to expand their Administration / Customer Service team.
They offer their customers a range of services and assist them in their purchase journey.
**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administration assistant or customer service advisor who’s looking to join a supportive company who will help you progress in your career.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Checking and submitting of all relevant finance documents and additional supporting information required.
- Ensuring a timely and efficient handover to the Car Collection Team.
- Communication proactively with the Customer and Dealers to maintain excellent stakeholder service levels.
- Gather customer testimonials and photographs for every successful purchase.
- Support customers with any issues that may arise post purchase.
**The Requirements**:
- Organised
- Phone based experience and excellent communication skills
- Time management
