**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Basic IT skills required including Outlook and Office 365.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
