Working with a small team of HR Advisors, the role reports to the Director of People & Culture and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality recruitment and selection services across our legal and support departments.There may occasionallybe some requirement to assist employees with HR-related issues therefore generalist HR experience would be advantageous.

This is a busy and fulfilling role and as such requires an individual with energy, good organisation skills, a keen eye for detail and who is an articulate and confident speaker who can be a positive advocate for the business and focus on delivering an impressiveemployee experience.

In return you will be encouraged to develop professionally by sharing your ideas to contribute to the overall recruitment strategy and ongoing review of existing processes and procedures.
