As HR Business Partner you will play a key role in leading on all operational areas of the employee life cycle and ensuring excellent HR services are delivered to customers both internally and externally. You will support with significant organisationalchange projects such as consultations, re-structure and TUPE and will have demonstrable ER experience.

**Description**

Some of the key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner are to;
- To support all levels of line management with casework such as absence management, disciplinary and grievance up-to and including dismissal.
- To create and delivery organised training sessions and ad hoc delivery to line manager on people management.
- To support all levels of line managers with performance management and to be pro-active in your approach.
- To support with organisational change projects including TUPE, restructuring and re-deployments and redundancy programmes taking a pro-active and organised approach.
- To write new policies and procedures and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date with current legislation.
- To support with recruitment including providing support on interview panels, assessment centres and recruitment days.

**Profile**

The successful HR Business Partner will have;
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex written, verbal and numerical information
- Ability to identify and interpret improvements to systems and service provision
- Key employment legislation - existing and prospective
- Regular law updates
- Drive and determination to bring about successful change
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

**Job Offer**

- Salary £35,250
