An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Talent Team.

**Job role**:

- Creating and publishing job ads on the company careers page and various job portals
- Arranging interviews for hiring managers and booking meeting rooms where required.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Participate in various job fairs and careers days (some travel may be required)
- Assist with new starter inductions
- Other administrative duties when required

**You’ll have**:

- Experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Administrator
- Experience of job posting and CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good Team spirit
