This is a great role for anyone looking to begin their career in Recruitment Full training will be provided.Key responsibilitiesCV screening applicants and conducting telephone interviews to identify the best candidate for the role based on their knowledge, skills and experience and ensure they receive an outstanding experience with Up and Away.Attracting suitable candidates through social media platforms, job advertising and our employee alumni.Build talent pipeline by maintaining a network of candidates across key base locations.Maximise representation of the business at recruitment fairs.Maintain data accuracy and integrity, staying up to date with employment legislation.Support administration and ensure systems are up to date and audited.Skills and qualificationsExcellent communication and time management skills.The curiosity and capability to learn what drives a candidate; and how this aligns with the needs of the role.The ability to make things happen.
