Indeed, having made the decision to invest further in the talent management area of their business,our Client is now looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the TA team. This is an exciting time for our client and to be joining them

**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing support and maintenance to all HR systems utilised by our client. The post holder will be responsible for performing system administration tasks to ensure continuity of service and adherence to policy, legislationand compliance requirements. The role will also take responsibility for development of MI and analytics relating to people data.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Serves as HRIS core system functional lead; trains key users on system access and utilisation.
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) maintaining and updating the HRIS core system; executes moderately complex operations within the system such as mass data loads and standard configuration changes.
- Responsible for testing and implementing new system functionality and keeping abreast of product enhancements.
- Supports the resolution of escalations from HR, Payroll and other business stakeholders where applicable.
- Conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity within the system; develops and implements corrections as necessary.
- Maintains security for HRIS access.
- Develops and modifies reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and users.
- Provides guidance to field Human Resources representatives with day-to-day HR and HRIS related activities and issues, including special projects.
- Support with End User Training.

**Experience Required**
- Configuration experience within the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS platform is preferred, but other HRIS system experience will be considered.
- Related experience with integrated HR and payrolls systems.
- Experience of writing reports using a variety of software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including formulas, chart and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills - able to work with global stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Global HR knowledge and/or experience.
- Additional language knowledge would be beneficial
