We are a national award winning Not for Profit social care organisation who are now seeking to recruit an exceptional Head of Quality. We are sector leading in our coproduction approaches with an excellent reputation for our services for people with complex needs and creating great homes in Southeast England to enable people to live full lives in their communities.

The Head of Quality will be a key part of the senior care leadership team and will be responsible for the quality assurance across all our care services (including people with learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs and acquired brain injury) supporting the delivery of safe, innovative, enriching, and high-quality support which exceeds regulatory requirements, demonstrates, and drives best practice and focuses on enabling everyone to lead aspiring lives.

The role will also oversee coproduction and digital data to ensure that we are not only compliant but that our systems ensure people who receive our services are involved in shaping our organisation and the wider topics that impact on them.

You will have a strong track record of transforming services through quality assurance processes and have a robust working knowledge of CQC, the needs of our customer groups, and have driven best practice and innovation.

The post holder will play a critical role in our relationships with local authorities and health bodies, regulatory services and CQC. There will be a networking, attending forums expectation which includes social media presence for the business.

We are looking for an individual who is an inspiring leader and skilled project manager, who is resilient, determined and a confident decision maker. You will provide vision, leadership and direction that ensures services are delivered to the highest standard, in line with our strategic objectives and mission.

The role is hybrid working from home with some travel, regular service visits and attending meetings. The role supports a flexible approach to working hours. Head office is in Reigate. Driving essential as some services remote.
