Our leading client, a global digital marketplace based within the heart of London, are actively looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their bubbly team
As the Call Centre Agent you will be required to work on a shift pattern. The shifts will be Monday to Sunday on a 5 day week between the hours of 8am - 10pm.
CALL CENTRE AGENT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining highly accurate data on the systems
Performing pre-sale audio and video checks
Researching and diagnosing product defects and new ideas
Escalating complaints or concerns to the Customer Service Manager
Keep record of all customers' complaints and enquiries
Attending and participating in training and team meetings
Adding to procedure documents and user guides that promote
Attending live events
Meet requirements for ad-hoc requests
Participate in other projects as assigned by the Customer Services Manager
CALL CENTRE AGENT - MUST HAVE
Proven customer service work experience, ideally on a helpdesk
Experience using helpdesk software ideally ZenDesk
An understanding of customer service KPIs
Willing and able to work non-standard hours to a rota, including weekends and bank holidays
Fluent written/spoken English
Willing to travel throughout the UK

Exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and committed
