**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Provide information about products and services, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Assist in the analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous; proficiency in Spanish is particularly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £12.21-£23.49 per hour
