A respected financial services provider is looking for an attentive and efficient Call Center Agent to support their customer care operations. This role requires someone who can navigate conversations with clarity and care, guiding customers on their financial journey. If you enjoy assisting people and want to make a real difference, this position might be perfect for youResponsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries regarding account details, transactions, and services.Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.Provide accurate information about the company's financial products and services.Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.Support the team with administrative tasks when needed. RequirementsPrevious experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in finance.Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle high -stress situations calmly and effectively.Proficiency in CRM and call center software.Basic understanding of financial terminology (preferred but not required).
