A leading Bank are looking to add a Designer/Architect/ Engineer for their team to help manage multiple projects on a long term basis.

Role;
- To provide **architecture, design, engineering** and implementation capability within the Workspace Delivery Team.
- Provide **3rdline escalation point** for core Workspace Desktop, Application delivery and Remote Access Services.

Essential;
- Experience leading desktop migration projects.
- **Experienced complex desktop / vdi environments with advanced troubleshooting.**:

- Planning own work and the work of others (including third parties) to ensure delivery to time and cost.
- Experienced in working in a high pressure environment to deliver a first class BAU Service.
- Experience of supporting server infrastructure in a large scale enterprise.

Experience of designing and implementing solutions with one or more of the following technologies is essential;
- Windows Client Operating systems e.g. Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
- Citirix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Citrix Provisioning Services
- Citrix Netscaler Access Gateway
- Microsoft FSLogix
- Microsoft App-V

Education / Qualifications:

- Degree level qualification or recent technology focussed qualification such as MCSE or CCA.
- Familiar with the specific standards associated with an IT practitioners current role: e.g. Health and safety standards;
- Change management; incident management and problem management standards; and common service focussed
- Frameworks such as ITIL Version 3.
- Good general knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, database, networking and cloud technologies).
