**About the Role**
As a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant onboarding processes for our health and social care workforce. You will support recruitment operations and maintain high standards of compliance to meet industry regulations and client expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely processing
- Monitor and update compliance trackers in line with internal and external policies
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the wider recruitment team
**What Were Looking For**
- Proven experience in recruitment administration within the **health and social care** sector
- Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience using ATS platforms and digital compliance tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
