**Location**: Sheffield (S2), some flexibility to work from home
**Salary**:20k - 22k + bonuses
**Hours**: Monday 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm. No weekends.
With 7 years under our belt, we are well-established in the mortgage market and you will be coming in to assist the recruitment consultants and client relationship manager in administrative duties. The long term goal will be for you to move from recruitment administrator into a recruitment consultant.
**Responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator - training will be provided for each point**:
- Using Google to search for new clients.
- Advertising new vacancies.
- Updating the CRM system.
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants
**Requirements for the Recruitment Administrator**:
- Multi-Tasking skills.
- Experience in either a sales or administrative role
- Being extremely organised.
- Hardworking.
- Outstanding customer service and confidence.
- Personable.
- Experience with G Suite is advantageous.
