We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with proven administration and organisational skills and the ability to deliver excellent quality support to our operations staff and senior managers in the passive fire and HVAC sector.

At Saracen Compliance Ltd we are totally committed to delivering excellence to both our internal and external customers and the construction admin role is a key position in this business. Experience of the fire protection industry, along with a knowledge of the Bolster system would be an advantage.

**Key elements of the role include**:

- To place orders with suppliers for stock and plant equipment for site projects
- To produce site packs to include RAMS, Method Statements, drawings etc for internal and external customers
- To arrange project schedules and book site operative accommodation
- To maintain and further develop our Saracen database
- To ensure that all Company accreditations are kept up to date
- To maintain all staff training records
- To demonstrate competent skill levels in IT systems
- To complete data inputting on to the company accounts management system

This role is very varied and encourages you to use your own initiative while offering a great working environment and competitive package as part of our growing team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £13.85 per hour
