**Compliance Administrator**

**Newell & Wright Transport**

**Location**: Office-based

**Hours**: Monday-Friday (with occasional Saturday morning overtime)

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

**About the Role**

In addition to defect management, the Compliance Administrator will support wider administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of our transport operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage driver-reported defects through the TOPS system.
- Liaise with the garage to ensure defects are communicated promptly and resolved efficiently.
- Track completion of repairs and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required throughout the day.
- Support the compliance team in maintaining company standards and operational continuity.

**Skills & Experience**
- No formal qualifications required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- A basic mechanical understanding is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately, manage workload, and maintain attention to detail.
