And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for an **Internal Communications and Engagement Assistant **to join our **Internal Communications **team.

**_Salary:_** **£, per annum (pro-rata)**

Contract:_** Permanent, part-time**

Location:_** **Hybrid between head office in Hampstead London and home**

The Internal Communications & Engagement Assistant will work with the Senior Internal Communications Lead to help deliver informative and inspiring communications to staff across Anthony Nolan. Proactively driving internal communications and staff events, as well as supporting the Senior Internal Communications Lead on delivering key strategic priorities.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the planning of our annual IC content calendar, ensuring integration with the Marketing and Communications calendar
- Support the Senior Internal Communications Lead in delivering key elements of the Internal Communications
- Support the Senior International Communications Lead in helping to deliver key strategic priorities
- Manage and monitor the Internal Communications mailbox

**Our expectations of you**:

- Previous experience of supporting an internal communications or similar function
- Experience of organising events
- An interest and passion for internal communications
- Creative thinking and good storytelling
